In-person:
Your session will start with an in-take conversation where we'll discuss the goals of your visit/areas of concern, we will work together to balance your energies.
You will be lying on a massage/body-work table, primarily face up. You will remain fully clothed throughout the session except for your shoes.
Various energies/energy systems will be assessed using gentle, non-invasive techniques that include light physical touch, and/or work in your energy field. After the assessment is complete, gentle techniques will be used to bring balance back to the systems that are out of alignment.
Upon completion of balancing your energies, self-care techniques that you can do at home will be discussed/reviewed. This self-care will help to integrate the work done in session.
Most clients find that they experience deep relaxation during a session and leave feeling calm and refreshed. If, however, you experience any unwelcome/unpleasant feelings during our time together, please let me know at once. There are many techniques that can be applied help to alleviate and calm such occurrences.
Remote:
Remote sessions are conducted via Zoom. You will need to have a quiet space where you can lie down comfortably and uninterrupted throughout the session. You will also need an internet connection and an appropriate device for accessing Zoom. Much like an in-person session, after an in-take conversation where we discuss the goals of your visit/areas of concern, we will work together to assess and balance your energies.
You will lie, face up, on a sofa or bed, and will remain fully clothed except for shoes your shoes.
I will connect with your energy remotely, and after the connection is made, your energy/energy systems will be assessed and imbalances corrected. In remote sessions, there is no physical touch. All of the assessments and corrections will take place in your energy field.
As with an in-person session, most clients find that they experience deep relaxation during a session, and often fall asleep. They typically feel calm and refreshed afterwards. If, however, you experience any unwelcome/unpleasant feelings during our time together, please let me know at once. There are many techniques that can be applied help to alleviate and calm such occurrences.

Energy Balancing or Reiki sessions, either remote or in-person:
For your comfort, please wear comfortable clothing to each session. Many people find that wearing clothing similar to what you might wear to a yoga or fitness class is ideal, but the choice is entirely up to you.
You will need to remove your shoes, "chunky" or large pieces of jewelry, and "smart" watches or similar devices.
For in-person sessions, please wear clear socks.
Wellness Coaching Sessions, remote only:
Since you will be in your own home or a space of your choosing, please wear comfortable clothing appropriate for a teleconference call.
For in-person sessions, you will be lying on a massage/body-work table throughout the session; face down for ~10-15 minutes and the remainder of the time you will be face up. You will remain fully clothed throughout the session except for your shoes.
For remote sessions, you will be lying down on a bed or sofa throughout the session and will remain face up and clothed. For your comfort, it is recommended that you remove your shoes.
Gentle, non-invasive techniques that include light physical touch, and/or work in your energy field will be used to clear stuck energy and promote healthy energy flow. Light touch will be used to bring the hypothalamus into a relaxed condition where it can enter into a state of grace.
No testing or assessment of your energy/energy systems will be undertaken during an Energy Refresh session, but rather, more universal techniques will be applied.
In-person:
After an in-take conversation where we discuss the goals of your visit/areas of concern, you will lie, face up, on a massage/body-work table, while I lightly move my hands over your body and in your energy field with the intention to guide the flow of Reiki energy where it is needed. At times my hands will be in your energy field, hovering over your body, so as to avoid hand placement on sensitive or intimate areas. You will remain fully clothed throughout the session except for your shoes.
Remote:
Remote sessions are conducted via Zoom. You will need to have a quiet space where you can sit or lie down comfortably and uninterrupted throughout the session. You will also need an internet connection and an appropriate device for accessing the teleconference.
You will remain fully clothed throughout the session. Since you will be in your own home or a space of your choosing, the decision of whether or not to wear shoes is yours.
