A number of years ago, I had a sense that “something” just wasn’t right. I was neither physically sick, nor depressed, but knew in my heart that “something” was off. I tried massage and other relaxation techniques, including receiving Reiki, and got some relief, but knew I needed more. After working with, and receiving guidance from, a holistic transformation coach, I started on the path to where I am today: happier, healthier, and more at ease.

I jumped down the rabbit hole of holistic practices, learning to meditate and participating in a Power of 8 team for ~2 years.

I received attunement in Usui Reiki, levels I, II, and Master.

I learned that food is medicine and medicine is food, and became a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach. The piece of functional medicine that resonated most with me is “mind-body connectedness”. 

I completed a two-year course of study in Eden Energy Medicine, and am now an Eden Energy Medicine Certified Practitioner. 

I completed additional studies and am an Eden Method Authorized Teacher

Before becoming passionate about personal energy and holistic health, I had a successful 30+ year career in Telecom engineering, construction, and project management.  I hold several degrees and certifications in both engineering and project management. And while some might not see any correlation, I believe that the skills and knowledge I bring from the telecom world serve me well in personal energy consulting since both are all about energy and frequencies.

When I’m not helping clients achieve their wellness goals, I enjoy spending time hiking, kayaking, and being outdoors. I have become passionate about Earthing and I strive to get my bare feet on the ground every day. I have a life-long love of learning and can often be found with my nose buried in a book! My husband and I are enjoying life as empty nesters. We love to travel, partake in wine tastings, and enjoy all life has to offer.
