CUSTOM ENERGY BALANCING SESSION
$150 | Approximately 90 minutes
After an intake conversation, review of your goals/reasons for seeking this care, and answering any questions you have about our work together, we'll move into testing and assessing your energies. I will balance them according to your specific needs. We'll finish up with a review my findings and I'll provide you with self-care techniques to integrate our work together and empower you to achieve your wellness goals.
WELLNESS COACHING
$350 | 6 sessions | Approximately 3-1/2 hours (total)
(1) New Client Coaching Session (up to one-hour)
(5) 30-minute Established Client Coaching Sessions.
New Client sessions include a review of your in-take paperwork and discussion of your goals. Together we will come up with strategies to help you achieve your wellness goals. Established Client sessions will review progress since our last session and update or add goals, and fine tune strategies to help you achieve or exceed your goals.

All sessions are by appointment only.
You'll be provided with a Zoom link prior to your session. Please log into Zoom on time. If you are experiencing technical/internet issues, please notify me a soon as possible.
As a courtesy to other clients, your scheduled time will not be extended should you log-in late, and you will be charged the full fee for your scheduled time.

Payment is due prior to the start of your session.
Cash, check, or Venmo only.
Returned checks will be assessed a $50 fee in addition to any bank fees incurred, and future payments will be cash/Venmo only.

In non-emergency situations, and as a courtesy to those on my waiting list, a minimum of 24 hours notice is requested to cancel your appointment.
Non-emergency cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee.
In the event of an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule.
